My loves 🧡 Je pars célébrer mon 50ème anniversaire en Inde à la Mahā Kumbh Melā, le rarissime festival spirituel hindou qui n’a lieu que tous les 144 ans.  On a le privilège d’y être hébergés par notre ami Surendra Puri Maharaj, un Sādhu appartenant à l’ancienne Juna Ākhāra. Le 3 février, on se baignera dans la confluence des rivières sacrées Ganga, Yamuna et Saraswati lors du Shāhi Snān (bain royal) de Vasant Panchami, la célébration de la déesse Saraswati — une manière absolument unique d’honorer le divin. Je rentre le 2 mars avec une souffle nouveau pour nos cours réguliers, qui reprendront comme d'habitude le mardi 4 mars. Bien que je ne posterai que très peu sur les réseaux pendant ce voyage, on est toujours connectés par le cœur 🧡 Har Har Mahadev! 🙏🏻 Saraswati & Aghori Sādhu — Manikarnika Ghat, Kashi 2024 My loves 🧡 I'm off to celebrate my 50th birthday in India with this journey to the Mahā Kumbh Melā, the once-in-a-lifetime spiritual Hindu festival that occurs once every 144 years.  We have the privilege to be hosted there by our dear friend Surendra Puri Maharaj, a Sādhu (holy man) belonging to the ancient Juna Ākhāra. On February 3, we’ll be taking a dip in the confluence of the sacred Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers during the Shāhi Snān (royal bath) of Vasant Panchami, the celebration of goddess Saraswati — a unique way to deepen my connection with the divine. I'll be back on March 2 with renewed inspiration for our regular classes, which will resume as usual on Tuesday, March 4th.  And while I may not be sharing much on social media during this trip, know that we are always connected in our heart 🧡 Har Har Mahadev! 🙏🏻

This Summer we are celebrating the 10th edition of the International Day of Yoga. This years' theme honours Women's Empowerment — even in India, things are moving! — and we're going to do the same. The IDY falls on the same date as the French Music Day (June 21st), so not to detract from the ongoing festivities we shall have our own celebration two days later at the Ashram, on SUNDAY, June 23rd, 2024.   RADHA & KRISHNA, the Eternal Lovers will be honoured by a DANCING KIRTAN after the Satsang exploring Our Relationship to LOVE. Le thème de cette année met la Femme `å l'honneur — même en Inde, ça bouge! — et on va en faire de même. La JIY tombe à la même date que la Fête de la Musique, le 21 juin (petite pensée au passage pour Jack Lang qui l'a créée, à mon grand bonheur). Pour ne pas s'emmêler les pinceaux avec les autres festivités en cours, nous aurons notre propre célébration deux jours plus tard à l'Ashram, le DIMANCHE 23 Juin 2024.
